भिनद्वलमङ्गिरोभिर्गृणानो वि पर्वतस्य दृंहितान्यैरत् । रिणग्रोधांसि कृत्रिमाण्येषां सोमस्य ता मद इन्द्रश्चकार ॥
bhinád valám aṅgírobhir gṛṇānó ví párvatasya dṛṃhitā́ny áirat | riṇág ródhāṃsi kṛtrímāṇy eṣā́ṃ sómasya tā́ máda índraś cakāra ||
Loué par les puissances des Aṅgiras, il brisa Vala et l’ouvrit; il écarta les forteresses compactes de la montagne. Il fracassa leurs entraves et barrières artificielles — ces œuvres, Indra les accomplit dans l’ivresse du Soma.
