हरी नु त इन्द्र वाजयन्ता घृतश्चुतं स्वारमस्वार्ष्टाम् । वि समना भूमिरप्रथिष्टारंस्त पर्वतश्चित्सरिष्यन् ॥

hárī nu te indra vājáyantā ghṛta-ścútaṃ svā́ram asvārṣṭām | ví samanā́ bhū́mir aprathiṣṭā́raṃsta párvataś cit sariṣyán ||

À présent tes deux coursiers fauves, ô Indra, qui remportent butin et plénitude, ont délié le cri lumineux, ruisselant de ghee. La terre plane s’est largement étendue, et même la montagne s’est mise en mouvement comme pour couler — lorsque ta force mit le monde en branle.
