Sukta 1.35
याति देवः प्रवता यात्युद्वता याति शुभ्राभ्यां यजतो हरिभ्याम् । आ देवो याति सविता परावतोऽप विश्वा दुरिता बाधमानः ॥
yā́ti deváḥ právatā yā́ty udvátā yā́ti śubhrā́bhyāṁ yajató háribhyām | ā́ devó yā́ti savitā́ parāváto'pa víśvā duritā́ bā́dhamānaḥ ||
Le dieu va par la voie descendante, il va par la voie montante; il va avec ses deux coursiers clairs, fauves, dignes du sacrifice. Savitṛ vient du lointain au-delà, repoussant toute détresse et toute déviation.
