Sukta 12
आ द॑धामि ते प॒दं समि॑द्धे जा॒तवे॑दसि । अ॒ग्निः शरी॑रं वेवे॒ष्ट्वसुं॒ वागपि॑ गछतु
ā́ dadhāmi te padáṃ samíddhe jātávedasi | agníḥ śarī́raṃ vevéṣṭv ásuṃ vā́g ápi gachatu ||
I set for thee thy footing in Jātavedas duly kindled. Let Agni fold the body round; let breath, let Speech also, come again.
Je t’établis ton appui en Jātavedas, dûment allumé. Qu’Agni enveloppe le corps ; que le souffle, que la Parole (Vāc) aussi reviennent.
