He who hath wrought (the cure), he hath brought it forth: he verily is the most excellent of physicians. He, even he, being pure, as a healer, shall for thee make ready the medicaments.
Celui qui a accompli (la guérison), c’est lui qui l’a fait surgir ; il est vraiment le plus excellent des médecins. Lui-même, pur, en guérisseur, préparera pour toi les remèdes.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (hymn-level attribution varies by Anukramaṇī; commonly treated as Atharvan/Angiras-type medical speech)
Devata: Bhaiṣajya / the archetypal Physician (often conceptually aligned with divine healing agency, e.g., Aśvins/Indra in broader Vedic healing idiom)
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh (probable; verse is in the common Atharvanic anuṣṭubh cadence)
Primary: shanta
Secondary: vira
