नाके सुपर्णमुपपप्तिवांसं गिरो वेनानामकृपन्त पूर्वीः । शिशुं रिहन्ति मतयः पनिप्नतं हिरण्ययं शकुनं क्षामणि स्थाम् ॥

Transliteration

nā́ke suparṇám upapáptivāṃsaṃ gíro venā́nām akṛpanta pū́rvīḥ | śíśuṃ rihanti matáyaḥ pánipnataṃ hiraṇyáyaṃ śakunáṃ kṣā́maṇi sthā́m ||

Translation

En la cumbre del cielo, las antiguas palabras de los Venas han formado al de bellas alas que ha descendido y se ha posado. Los pensamientos lamen y acarician al niño, siempre en movimiento: el ave dorada establecida en la morada de la tierra.
