Sukta 9.69
सिन्धोरिव प्रवणे निम्न आशवो वृषच्युता मदासो गातुमाशत । शं नो निवेशे द्विपदे चतुष्पदेऽस्मे वाजाः सोम तिष्ठन्तु कृष्टयः ॥
síndhor-iva pravaṇé nímna āśávo vṛ́ṣa-cyutā mádāso gātúm āśata | śáṃ no nivēśé dvi-padé catúṣ-padé ’smé vājā́ḥ soma tiṣṭhantu kṛ́ṣṭayaḥ ||
Como el ímpetu de un río que desciende por la pendiente hacia lo hondo, los rápidos arrobos, vertidos por el Toro, hallaron su camino. Paz a nuestra morada, al bípedo y al cuadrúpedo; en nosotros, oh Soma, que los vājaḥ, las plenitudes de fuerza, permanezcan firmes, y que los pueblos queden establecidos.
