आ पुत्रासो न मातरं विभृत्राः सानौ देवासो बर्हिषः सदन्तु । आ विश्वाची विदथ्यामनक्त्वग्ने मा नो देवताता मृधस्कः ॥

Transliteration

ā́ putrā́so ná mātáraṁ víbhṛtrāḥ sā́nau devā́so bárhiṣaḥ sadantu | ā́ viśvā́cī vidathyā́m anaktv ágne mā́ no devátātā mṛ́dhas kaḥ ||

Translation

Que los dioses se sienten sobre el barhis, como hijos en torno a la madre, sosteniéndola en la cumbre. Oh Agni, unge (consagra) la amplia asamblea sagrada; que no nos toque la fuerza hostil, adversa a nuestro devenir divino.
