अग्निर्हि वाजिनं विशे ददाति विश्वचर्षणिः । अग्नी राये स्वाभुवं स प्रीतो याति वार्यमिषं स्तोतृभ्य आ भर ॥
agnír hí vājíṇaṃ viśé dádāti viśvácarṣaṇiḥ | agnī rāyé svā́bhuvaṃ sá prītó yāti vā́ryam íṣaṃ stotṛ́bhya ā́ bhara ||
Pues Agni, Poder que sostiene a todos, da al pueblo el vā́ja: la plenitud de la fuerza eficaz. Agni, existente por sí en su devenir, cuando está complacido, va hacia el rāyí — la plenitud del ser — y trae a los cantores el impulso escogido del sustento.
