Sukta 5.44
यादृगेव ददृशे तादृगुच्यते सं छायया दधिरे सिध्रयाप्स्वा । महीमस्मभ्यमुरुषामुरु ज्रयो बृहत्सुवीरमनपच्युतं सहः ॥
yādṛ́g evá dadṛ́śe tā́dṛg ucyate sáṃ chāyáyā dadhire sidhráyā ap-sv ā́ | mahī́m asmábhyam uruṣā́m urú jráyo bṛhát suvī́ram anapacyútam sáhaḥ ||
Como se le ve, así se le nombra: por la sombra en las aguas lo han mantenido unido. Para nosotros haz vasta la Grandeza — vasta en amparo, vasta en fuerza veloz, alta, rica en héroes, sin caída: el poder.
