Sukta 5.41
वृष्णो अस्तोषि भूम्यस्य गर्भं त्रितो नपातमपां सुवृक्ति । गृणीते अग्निरेतरी न शूषैः शोचिष्केशो नि रिणाति वना ॥
vṛ́ṣṇo astoṣi bhūmyásya gárbhaṃ tritó nápātam apā́ṃ su-vṛktí | gṛṇī́te agnír etárī na śūṣáiḥ śóciṣkeśo ní riṇāti vánā ||
Has sido alabado como el Fuerte, el embrión de la tierra — hijo de Trita, vástago de las Aguas — por una palabra bien labrada. Se canta a Agni, que avanza con energías; de cabellera de llama, despeja y libera los bosques, la maraña, dentro de nosotros.
