शिवा नः सख्या सन्तु भ्रात्राग्ने देवेषु युष्मे । सा नो नाभिः सदने सस्मिन्नूधन् ॥
Transliteration
śivā́ naḥ sakhyā́ santu bhrā́trāgne devéṣu yuṣmé | sā́ no nā́bhiḥ sádane sásminn ū́dhan ||
Translation
Que haya para nosotros una amistad propicia — oh Agni, como la de un hermano entre vosotros, los dioses. Que eso sea nuestro ombligo-centro en esta morada, aquí una ubre sustentadora en la casa del ser.
