प्र कारवो मनना वच्यमाना देवद्रीचीं नयत देवयन्तः । दक्षिणावाड्वाजिनी प्राच्येति हविर्भरन्त्यग्नये घृताची ॥

Transliteration

prá kāravó mananā́ vacyámānā devadrī́cīṃ nayata devayántaḥ | dakṣiṇāvā́ḍ vā́jinī prā́cy éti havírbharanty agnáye ghṛtā́cī ||

Translation

Adelante, oh cantores, formando el pensamiento y dando forma a la palabra; conducidla hacia los dioses, vosotros que anheláis a los dioses. La potencia portadora de dones avanza hacia el Oriente, llevando la oblación a Agni: ella cuyo curso brilla con claridad purificada (ghṛta).
