उदस्तम्भीत्समिधा नाकमृष्वोऽग्निर्भवन्नुत्तमो रोचनानाम् । यदी भृगुभ्यः परि मातरिश्वा गुहा सन्तं हव्यवाहं समीधे ॥
úd astambhīt samídhā nā́kam ṛ́ṣvo 'gnír bhávann uttamó rocanā́nām | yadī́ bhṛ́gubhyaḥ pári mātáriśvā guhā́ sántaṃ havyavā́haṃ samī́dhe ||
Con la leña de encendido ha apuntalado el cielo: Agni, el elevado, llegando a ser el más alto de los mundos luminosos. Cuando Mātariśvan, para los Bhṛgu, encendió al portador de la oblación, oculto en el secreto, en la cueva.
