प्रत्यग्निरुषसश्चेकितानोऽबोधि विप्रः पदवीः कवीनाम् । पृथुपाजा देवयद्भिः समिद्धोऽप द्वारा तमसो वह्निरावः ॥

Transliteration

práty agnír uṣásaś cekitānáḥ ábodhi vípraḥ padavī́ḥ kavīnā́m | pṛthupā́jā devayád-bhiḥ samiddhó’pa dvā́rā támaso váhnir ā́vaḥ ||

Translation

Agni, vuelto hacia Uṣas y despertando a la conciencia, se ha alzado: el inspirado, el que abre el sendero de los videntes. Vasto en fuerza, encendido por quienes buscan lo divino, el portador ha abierto las puertas de la oscuridad.
