Sukta 2.28
प्र सीमादित्यो असृजद्विधर्ताँ ऋतं सिन्धवो वरुणस्य यन्ति । न श्राम्यन्ति न वि मुचन्त्येते वयो न पप्तू रघुया परिज्मन् ॥
prá sīm ādityó asṛjad vi-dhártāṃ ṛtáṃ síndhavo váruṇasya yanti | ná śrāmyanti ná ví mucanty eté váyo ná paptū raghu-yā́ pári-jman ||
El Āditya, el Dispensador, los ha enviado: los ríos avanzan en la Ṛta; recorren el camino de Varuṇa. No se fatigan, no aflojan su curso; como aves vuelan veloces en su viaje circular — obedientes a la ley que habita en el propio movimiento.
