Sukta 2.2
ये स्तोतृभ्यो गोअग्रामश्वपेशसमग्ने रातिमुपसृजन्ति सूरयः । अस्माञ्च ताँश्च प्र हि नेषि वस्य आ बृहद्वदेम विदथे सुवीराः ॥
yé stotṛ́bhyo gó-agrām áśva-peśasam agne rātím upasṛjánti sū́rayaḥ | asmā́ṃś ca tā́ṃś ca prá hí néṣi vásyaḥ ā́ bṛhád vadema vidáthē su-vī́rāḥ ||
Esos dadores iluminados que sueltan para los cantores el don —llevando al frente los rayos de la Luz y vestidos con la fuerza del corcel—, oh Agni, guía hacia delante tanto a ellos como a nosotros al bien más alto. Que proclamemos lo Vasto en las asambleas del vidatha del sacrificio, dotados de poder heroico.
