इमं त्रितो भूर्यविन्ददिच्छन्वैभूवसो मूर्धन्यघ्न्यायाः । स शेवृधो जात आ हर्म्येषु नाभिर्युवा भवति रोचनस्य ॥

Transliteration

imáṃ tritó bhū́ry avindad icchán vaibhū-váso mū́rdhany aghnyā́yāḥ | sá śévr̥dho jā́ta ā́ harmyéṣu nā́bhir yúvā bhavati rocanásya ||

Translation

A este Agni lo halló Trita en abundancia mientras buscaba: el de amplio resplandor, puesto en la cabeza de la inviolable (vaca de luz). Nacido, crece hacia el bienestar en las casas; llega a ser el joven ombligo, el centro del mundo luminoso.
