ता वां मित्रावरुणा धारयत्क्षिती सुषुम्नेषितत्वता यजामसि । युवोः क्राणाय सख्यैरभि ष्याम रक्षसः ॥

Transliteration

tā́ vāṃ mitrā́varuṇā dhāráyatkṣitī́ suṣumnéṣitatvatā́ yajāmasi | yuvóḥ krāṇā́ya sakhyáir abhí ṣyāma rákṣasaḥ ||

Translation

A vosotros dos, Mitra y Varuṇa, que sostenéis los mundos, os veneramos, impulsados por vuestra gracia propicia. Por vuestra amistad y vuestra fuerza que robustece, podamos prevalecer sobre los Rakṣas, potencias de distorsión y oscuridad.
