यामथर्वा मनुष्पिता दध्यङ्धियमत्नत । तस्मिन्ब्रह्माणि पूर्वथेन्द्र उक्था समग्मतार्चन्ननु स्वराज्यम् ॥
yām atharvā manuṣ pitā dadhyaṅ dhiyam atnat | tasmin brahmāṇi pūrva-thā indre ukthā sam agmata arcann anu sva-rājyam ||
Esa inspiración que Atharvan, Manu el Padre y Dadhyañc trabajaron con el esfuerzo de la mente — en ella confluyeron, en Indra, las antiguas fórmulas brahmánicas y los himnos pronunciados; y los cantores, siguiendo su soberanía propia (svarājya), entonan.
