यान्राये मर्तान्त्सुषूदो अग्ने ते स्याम मघवानो वयं च । छायेव विश्वं भुवनं सिसक्ष्यापप्रिवान्रोदसी अन्तरिक्षम् ॥
yā́n rāyé martā́nt suṣū́do agne té syāma maghávāno vayáṃ ca | chāyéva víśvaṃ bhúvanaṃ sisakṣy āpaprí-vān ródasī antárikṣam ||
A aquellos mortales a quienes tú impulsas hacia la plenitud de la riqueza (rāyī), oh Agni, buen instigador —que también nosotros seamos de esos generosos. Como una sombra que ampara, abraza todo el mundo del devenir, colmando los dos mundos y el espacio intermedio (antarikṣa).
