घृताहवन सन्त्येमा उ षु श्रुधी गिरः । याभिः कण्वस्य सूनवो हवन्तेऽवसे त्वा ॥
Transliteration
ghṛtā́havana santy émā u ṣú śrudhī́ gíraḥ | yā́bhiḥ káṇvasya sū́navo havánte’váse tvā ||
Translation
Oh tú cuya invocación es con ghṛta, aquí están estas palabras: escúchalas bien. Con estas fórmulas los hijos de Kaṇva te llaman en auxilio: ven, Fuego sustentador, que alzas la ofrenda hacia lo alto y conduces la conciencia hacia adentro.
