त्वामिद्धि सहसस्पुत्र मर्त्य उपब्रूते धने हिते । सुवीर्यं मरुत आ स्वश्व्यं दधीत यो व आचके ॥
tvā́m íd dhi sáhasas-putra mártya upabrūté dháne hité | su-vī́ryaṃ maruta ā́ svaśvyaṃ dádhīta yó va ācaké ||
Pues a ti, oh hijo de la Fuerza, te invoca el mortal cuando la meta es la ganancia. Oh Maruts, quien se ha acercado a vosotros deposita en sí una fuerza heroica y un recto dominio de los corceles — energías disciplinadas para el camino.
