Sukta 1.35
वि जनाञ्छ्यावाः शितिपादो अख्यन्रथं हिरण्यप्रउगं वहन्तः । शश्वद्विशः सवितुर्दैव्यस्योपस्थे विश्वा भुवनानि तस्थुः ॥
ví jánāñ chyāvā́ḥ śitipā́do akhyan ráthaṁ híraṇyapraugaṁ váhantaḥ | śáśvad víśaḥ savitúr daívyasyópasthe víśvā bhúvanāni tasthuḥ ||
Los (corceles) oscuros de pies brillantes divisaron a los pueblos, llevando el carro de frente dorado. Siempre los linajes permanecen en el regazo del divino Savitṛ; todos los mundos han tomado su puesto.
