आ वां भूषन्क्षितयो जन्म रोदस्योः प्रवाच्यं वृषणा दक्षसे महे । यदीमृताय भरथो यदर्वते प्र होत्रया शिम्या वीथो अध्वरम् ॥

Transliteration

ā́ vāṃ bhūṣan kṣitáyo jánma ródasyoḥ pravā́cyaṃ vṛṣaṇā dákṣase mahé | yadī́m ṛtā́ya bháratho yad árvate prá hotráyā śimyā́ vītho adhvarám ||

Translation

Hacia vosotros dos, oh poderosos, acuden los pueblos —desde su nacimiento en ambos mundos— con adorno y con la palabra que debe ser pronunciada, por vuestra gran destreza y poder. Cuando lo lleváis para ṛta (Verdad‑Orden), cuando para el veloz corredor, entonces, por la acción sacerdotal y por el esfuerzo, guiáis el sacrificio hacia delante.
