Sukta 1.144
अभीमृतस्य दोहना अनूषत योनौ देवस्य सदने परीवृताः । अपामुपस्थे विभृतो यदावसदध स्वधा अधयद्याभिरीयते ॥
abhī́m ṛtásya dohánā anūṣata yónau devásya sádane párī-vṛtāḥ | apā́m upásthe ví-bhṛto yád ā́vasad ádha svadhā́ ádhayad yā́bhir ī́yate ||
En torno a él resonaron los ordeños de Ṛta (ṛta), encerrados en el seno, en la sede del Dios. Cuando, sostenido en el regazo de las aguas, llegó al reposo, entonces hizo fluir la ley de sí, svadhā (svadhā), por aquellas potencias con las que prosigue su camino.
