Sukta 1.116
यमश्विना ददथुः श्वेतमश्वमघाश्वाय शश्वदित्स्वस्ति । तद्वां दात्रं महि कीर्तेन्यं भूत्पैद्वो वाजी सदमिद्धव्यो अर्यः ॥
yám aśvinā dádathuḥ śvetám aśvám aghā́śvāya śáśvad ít svastí | tád vāṃ dātráṃ máhi kīrtényam bhūt paidvó vājī sádham íd dhávyó aryáḥ ||
El caballo blanco disteis, oh Aśvins, a Aghāśva — para un bienestar perdurable. Grande y digno de alabanza fue ese don vuestro; así Paidva, vencedor en fuerza, llegó a ser siempre un oferente apto, un noble. Concedednos también ese «caballo blanco» — el puro impulso de la energía iluminada — para que haya bienestar duradero.
