Sukta 1.115
सूर्यो देवीमुषसं रोचमानां मर्यो न योषामभ्येति पश्चात् । यत्रा नरो देवयन्तो युगानि वितन्वते प्रति भद्राय भद्रम् ॥
sū́ryo devī́m uṣásaṃ rócamānāṃ máryo ná yóṣām abhyèti paścā́t | yátrā náro deva-yánto yugā́ni vi-tanváte práti bhadrā́ya bhadrám ||
Sūrya sigue a la diosa Uṣas, la Aurora resplandeciente, como un joven sigue a una doncella. Allí donde los hombres que anhelan lo Divino despliegan los yuga, ponen lo bueno frente a lo bueno: cada paso auspicioso responde a una auspiciosidad mayor.
