Sukta 1.113
या गोमतीरुषसः सर्ववीरा व्युच्छन्ति दाशुषे मर्त्याय । वायोरिव सूनृतानामुदर्के ता अश्वदा अश्नवत्सोमसुत्वा ॥
yā́ gómātīr uṣásaḥ sárvavīrā vyùcchanti dāśúṣe mártyāya | vā́yor iva sūnṛ́tānām udarké tā́ aśvadā́ aśnavat sómasutvā ||
Esas Auroras (Uṣas), ricas en vacas—en rayos—y plenas de todas las fuerzas heroicas, resplandecen para el mortal que ofrece. Como las amplias y veraces palabras de Vāyu en su oleaje elevado—que él las alcance mediante el prensado del Soma: aquellas que otorgan la energía de la potencia veloz como el caballo.
