Varaha Avatara Context: {"is_varaha_focus":false}

Bhu Devi Dialogue: {"is_dialogue":true,"speaker_role":"instructor","bhu_devi_state":"curious, following alternative procedural options","key_question":"What alternative maṇḍala (aṣṭapatra) may be used, and how is the blindfold (netra-bandha) to be properly made with a white cloth?"}

Mathura Mandala: {"is_mathura_related":false}

Dharma Shastra: {"has_dharma_rule":true,"topic":"prayaschitta","instruction_summary":"Draw an eight-petalled diagram as an alternative, then carefully apply a white-cloth blindfold as part of the rite’s controlled procedure.","karmic_consequence":"Careful adherence preserves ritual integrity and fairness/neutrality in the subsequent act (e.g., selection/indication); carelessness introduces doṣa and undermines the rite’s credibility and fruit."}

Vrata Mahatmya: {"has_vrata":false}

Cosmic Boar Symbolism: {"has_symbolism":true,"symbolic_interpretation":"The aṣṭapatra (eight-petalled lotus) encodes purity and the ordered unfolding of śakti around a still center; the blindfold symbolizes withdrawal of the senses (pratyāhāra) to prevent bias and let dharma-signs manifest.","yajna_varaha_imagery":"Lotus as ritual seat (āsana) for the deity/intent; white cloth as śauca and sattva, veiling the eyes to enact inner seeing rather than sensory grasping.","vedantic_connection":"Blindfolding resonates with turning from viṣaya to antaḥkaraṇa; the lotus-center suggests the Self as the unmoving witness amid patterned experience."}

Philosophical Teaching: {"has_teaching":true,"teaching_type":"discipline of perception","core_concept":"Ritual efficacy depends on purity and restraint; limiting sensory input can serve truth-seeking within prescribed dharma.","practical_application":"Use clean white cloth for netra-bandha; ensure the lotus diagram is symmetrical and clearly displayed before proceeding."}
