शोको दहति गात्राणि बुद्धिः शोकेन नश्यति ॥ लज्जा धृतिश्च धर्मश्च श्रीः कीर्तिश्च स्मृतिर्नयः ॥
śoko dahati gātrāṇi buddhiḥ śokena naśyati | lajjā dhṛtiś ca dharmaś ca śrīḥ kīrtiś ca smṛtir nayaḥ ||
