dityāṁ ca janitāḥ putrā asurāḥ suraśatravaḥ || prajāpatiś cājanayad ṛṣīṁś caiva tapodhanān

Translation

Und aus Diti wurden Söhne geboren: die Asuras, Feinde der Götter. Und Prajāpati erschuf auch die ṛṣis, jene, deren Reichtum in tapas (Askese) bestand.
