Transliteration

cakrād vadham abhīpsan vai so 'pi mat-karmaṇi sthitaḥ || dine dine viśiṣṭaṃ tu śubhaṃ kurvaṃs tapasyati ||

Translation

In der Sehnsucht, durch das Rad zu sterben, blieb auch er in meiner Observanz verankert; Tag für Tag vollbringt er besondere, glückverheißende Taten und übt Askese.
