स राजसि पुरुष्टुतँ एको वृत्राणि जिघ्नसे । इन्द्र जैत्रा श्रवस्या च यन्तवे ॥
Transliteration
sá rājasi puruṣṭutā́m̐ éko vṛtrā́ṇi jighnase | índra jáitrā śravasyā̀ ca yántave ||
Translation
Du herrschst in den Lufträumen, o Vielgepriesener; allein erschlägst du die Vṛtras, die umschließenden Widerstände. Komm zu uns, Indra, mit Sieg und mit wachsendem Ruhm des siegenden Geistes.
