Sukta 7.62
स सूर्य प्रति पुरो न उद्गा एभिः स्तोमेभिरेतशेभिरेवैः । प्र नो मित्राय वरुणाय वोचोऽनागसो अर्यम्णे अग्नये च ॥
sá sū́rya práti puró na udgā́ ebhíḥ stómebhir etaśébhir évaiḥ | prá no mitrā́ya váruṇāya voco'nā́gaso aryámṇe agnáye ca ||
O Sūrya, singe vor uns her, voraus, mit diesen schnellen Hymnen und Antrieben. Und unser Wort gehe zu Mitra, zu Varuṇa, zu Aryaman und zu Agni, damit wir ohne Schuld seien und in rechter Ordnung schreiten.
