Transliteration

okivā́ṃsā sute sacā́ aśvā́ saptī́ ivádane | indrā́ nv agnī́ aváseha vajríṇā vayáṃ devā́ havāmahe ||

Translation

Wie zwei Rosse, heimisch beim gepressten Soma, wie ein Paar Renner, zum Gewinn des Sieges angespannt, rufen wir hier Indra und Agni zu Hilfe: o Götter, mit dem Vajrin, dem Träger des Donnerkeils, — dass in uns die Kraft des Sieges geboren werde.
