Sukta 6.34
अस्मा एतन्मह्याङ्गूषमस्मा इन्द्राय स्तोत्रं मतिभिरवाचि । असद्यथा महति वृत्रतूर्य इन्द्रो विश्वायुरविता वृधश्च ॥
asmā etan mahy āṅgūṣam asmā indrāya stotraṃ mati-bhir avāci | asad yathā mahati vṛtra-tūrye indro viśvāyur avitā vṛdhaś ca ||
Ihm gilt diese mächtige, inspirierte Rede; Indra ist dieses Loblied, von unseren Gedanken gesprochen. So möge es sein wie bei der großen Zerschmetterung Vṛtras: Indra, die Kraft allen Lebens, der Schützer und der Mehrer.
