ततुरिर्वीरो नर्यो विचेताः श्रोता हवं गृणत उर्व्यूतिः । वसुः शंसो नरां कारुधाया वाजी स्तुतो विदथे दाति वाजम् ॥

Transliteration

táturir vīró naryó vícetāḥ śrótā hávaṃ gṛṇatá urvyū́tiḥ | vásuḥ śáṃso narā́ṃ kārudhā́yā vājī́ stutó vidáthe dāti vā́jam ||

Translation

Er ist der schnell überwindende Held, eine Kraft für die Menschen, weit an Einsicht; er hört den Ruf des Sängers, und seine Hilfe ist groß. Ein guter Schatz ist der Preis der Menschen, vom Seher kunstvoll gefügt; der Starke, gepriesen, gibt in der Versammlung Kraft, gibt sieghafte Stärke.
