एषा शुभ्रा न तन्वो विदानोर्ध्वेव स्नाती दृशये नो अस्थात् । अप द्वेषो बाधमाना तमांस्युषा दिवो दुहिता ज्योतिषागात् ॥
eṣā́ śubhrā́ ná tanvò vidānórdhveva snātī́ dṛśáye no asthāt | ápa dvéṣo bādhamānā́ tamāṃsy uṣā́ divó duhitā́ jyotiṣā́gāt ||
Diese Uṣas, die Reine, die ihre eigene Gestalt kennt, ist uns zum Schauen hingetreten, wie eine Aufsteigende, im Glanz gebadet. Feindschaft und Finsternisse vertreibend, ist Uṣas, die Tochter des Himmels, mit Licht gekommen.
