Transliteration

śunáṃ naḥ phālā́ ví kṛṣantu bhū́miṃ śunáṃ kīnā́śā abhí yantu vāháīḥ | śunáṃ párjanyo mádhunā páyo-bhiḥ śúnāsīrā śunám asmā́su dhattam ||

Translation

Mögen uns die Pflugscharen glückverheißend die Erde aufreißen; mögen die Pflüger mit angespannten Kräften zur Arbeit herankommen. Möge Parjanya Süße ausgießen mit nährenden Strömen; o Śunā und Sīrā, legt dieses Heil in uns.
