विष्णुं स्तोमासः पुरुदस्ममर्का भगस्येव कारिणो यामनि ग्मन् । उरुक्रमः ककुहो यस्य पूर्वीर्न मर्धन्ति युवतयो जनित्रीः ॥

Transliteration

víṣṇuṃ stómāsaḥ puru-dasmám arkā́ bhágasyeva kāríṇo yā́mani gman | urukramáḥ kakuhó yásya pū́rvīr ná mardhanti yuvatáyo jánitrīḥ ||

Translation

Zu Viṣṇu gehen die Hymnen und Gesänge, zum Vielweisen, auf ihrem Weg – wie Arbeiter zu Bhagas Anteil. Weitschreitend, hochgekrönt ist er; dessen viele früheren Geburten – jene jugendlichen, schöpferischen Kräfte – nicht versagen und nicht schwinden.
