Sukta 10.45
आ तं भज सौश्रवसेष्वग्न उक्थौक्थ आ भज शस्यमाने । प्रियः सूर्ये प्रियो अग्ना भवात्युज्जातेन भिनददुज्जनित्वैः ॥
ā́ táṃ bhaja sauśraváseṣv agna ukthe-úkthe ā́ bhaja śasyámāne | priyáḥ sū́rye priyó agnā́ bhavāty új-jā́tena bhinadad új-janitvaiḥ ||
Nimm ihn zu dir, o Agni, unter denen, die wahres Hören (śravas) gewinnen – in jedem Hymnus, wenn er gepriesen wird. Der Sonne lieb, durch Agni lieb wird er; durch das aufsteigende Geborenwerden sprengt er auf, durch die aufsteigenden Zeugungen – hin zum neuen Geborenwerden.
