Sukta 10.117
कृषन्नित्फाल आशितं कृणोति यन्नध्वानमप वृङ्क्ते चरित्रैः । वदन्ब्रह्मावदतो वनीयान्पृणन्नापिरपृणन्तमभि ष्यात् ॥
kṛṣánn ít phālá ā́śitaṃ kṛṇoti yánn ádhvānam ápa vṛṅkte carítraiḥ | vádān brahmā́ avádatō vanī́yān pṛṇán ā́pir apṛṇántam abhí syāt ||
Auch der Pflug, wenn er ackert, schafft Speise, denn mit seinen Gängen räumt er den Weg frei. Der sprechende Brahman ist besser als der schweigende; der Füllende ist wahrer Helfer: gegen den Nicht-Füllenden soll er sich stellen.
