यदूवध्यमुदरस्यापवाति य आमस्य क्रविषो गन्धो अस्ति । सुकृता तच्छमितारः कृण्वन्तूत मेधं शृतपाकं पचन्तु ॥

Transliteration

yád ū́vadhyam udárasyā́pavāti yá ā́masya kravíṣo gandhó ásti | sukṛtā́ tác chamitā́raḥ kṛṇvantū́ta médhaṃ śṛtapā́kaṃ pacantu ||

Translation

Was immer an üblem Hauch aus dem Bauch aufsteigt, welcher Duft rohen Fleisches auch da ist — das mögen die kundigen Ordner wohl ordnen und besänftigen; und sie mögen die Medhā, die Opfergabe des Geistes, gar gekocht und zur Reife gebracht bereiten.
