तुभ्यं पयो यत्पितरावनीतां राधः सुरेतस्तुरणे भुरण्यू । शुचि यत्ते रेक्ण आयजन्त सबर्दुघायाः पय उस्रियायाः ॥

túbhyaṃ páyo yát pitárāv ánītāṃ rá̄dhaḥ su-rétas turáṇe bhuraṇyú̄ | śúci yát te rékṇa á̄yajanta sabaḥ-dúghāyāḥ páya usriyá̄yāḥ ||

Dir (bringen sie) die nährende Milch und die Fülle des Gutes, die die beiden Eltern herbeitrugen – reiner Same der Kraft für die schnelle Energie, die uns hinüberträgt. Und die lichten Reichtümer, die sie dir darbrachten: die Milch der lichtvollen Kuh, reichlich spendend (der Strom erleuchtender Nahrung).
