लक्ष्मणक्रोधः—दैवपुरुषकारविवादः
Lakshmana’s Wrath and the Debate on Destiny vs Human Effort
मङ्गलैरभिषिञ्चस्व तत्र त्वं व्यापृतो भव।अहमेको महीपालानलं वारयितुं बलात्।।।।
maṅgalair abhiṣiñcasva tatra tvaṃ vyāpṛto bhava | aham eko mahīpālān alaṃ vārayituṃ balāt || 2.23.29 ||
Vollziehe dort die Weihe mit glückverheißenden Riten und bleibe ganz in dieser Aufgabe; ich allein bin kraft meiner Stärke imstande, die Könige zurückzuhalten.
