Sukta 3
ब्रह्म॑णा॒ शालां॒ निमि॑तां क॒विभि॒र्निमि॑तां मि॒ताम्। इ॒न्द्रा॒ग्नी र॑क्षतां॒ शाला॑म॒मृतौ॑ सो॒म्यं सदः॑
bráhmaṇā śā́lāṃ nimítāṃ kavíbhir nimítāṃ mitā́m | indrāgnī rakṣatāṃ śā́lām amṛ́tau sómyaṃ sádaḥ ||
By brahman was the Hall established, by seers established, measured out: let Indra and Agni, the two immortals, guard the Hall, the soma-gladdening seat.
Durch Brahman wurde die Halle gegründet, durch die Seher gegründet, ausgemessen. Indra und Agni, die beiden Unsterblichen, mögen die Halle behüten, den soma-erfreuenden Sitz, die amṛta-hafte Stätte.
