यद् रि॒प्रं शम॑लं चकृ॒म यच्च॑ दुष्कृ॒तम्। आपो॑ मा॒ तस्मा॑च्छुम्भन्त्व॒ग्नेः संक॑सुकाच्च॒ यत्

yád ripráṃ śámalaṃ cakṛmá yác ca duṣkṛtám | ā́po mā́ tásmāc chumbhantv agnéḥ sáṃkasukāc ca yát

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

What stain and what foul taint we have wrought, and whatsoever ill deed—may the Waters cleanse me from that, and from what pertaineth to Agni, and from whatever sankasuka there is.

Welche Befleckung und welchen schmutzigen Makel wir auch bewirkt haben, und welche Missetat auch immer — mögen die Wasser mich davon reinigen, und von dem, was zu Agni gehört, und von allem sankasuka, das da ist.
