ऋधद्यस्ते सुदानवे धिया मर्तः शशमते । ऊती ष बृहतो दिवो द्विषो अंहो न तरति ॥
Transliteration
ṛ́dhad yás te sudā́nave dhiyā́ mártaḥ śáśamate | ūtī́ ṣá bṛható divó dvíṣo áṃho ná tarati ||
Translation
হে সুদানব (উদার দাতা), যে মর্ত্য ধিয়া (বুদ্ধি-ভাব) ও সেবায় তোমার প্রতি বৃদ্ধি পায়, সে কর্তৃত্বে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। উচ্চ দিবের বিরাট ঊতি (রক্ষা-সহায়) দ্বারা সে সেই অংহস্ (সঙ্কট)-এ প্রবেশ করে না, যা দ্বিষ্ (শত্রু) আনতে চায়।
