वं॒शानां॑ ते॒ नह॑नानां प्राणा॒हस्य॒ तृण॑स्य च । प॒क्षाणां॑ विश्ववारे ते न॒द्धानि॒ वि चृ॑तामसि

vaṃśā́nāṃ te náhanānāṃ prāṇāhásya tṛ́ṇasya ca | pakṣā́nāṃ viśva-vāre te naddhā́ni ví cṛtāmasi

The fastenings of thy bamboos, of thy bindings that seize the breath, and of thy grass; the fastenings of thy sides, O all-warding,—those do we cut apart.

তোমার বাঁশের গাঁট, প্রাণ-আটকে-ধরা বাঁধনের গাঁট, আর তৃণ-রজ্জুর গাঁট; হে সর্বদিক-রক্ষক, তোমার পার্শ্বদেশের যে বাঁধনগুলি বাঁধা আছে—সেগুলি আমরা কেটে পৃথক করি।
